Montepulciano, an enchanting town

The Chiana valley and its lakes

The whole Valdichiana offers a lot from a naturalistic point of view. Lake Montepulciano is a regional nature reserve. The Canale Maestro della Chiana is the main tributary and the only emissary of the lake.
